Linkage with other Schools

  • Lahore Lyceum is linked with a number of national educational institutions for close cooperation in all fields of school activities. Internationally, we are linked
    with Dunkirk Primary School (Nottingham) United Kingdom. A detailed plan for cooperation between the two schools is followed with regular exchange of faculty's visits each year.   • The Lahore Lyceum is one of the forty schools in the world selected for International School Award 2009, by the British Council.
  • In January & February 2009, Lahore Lyceum had the honour to host the delegation of Moseley & Dunkirk school UK

Video Conference & DFID Global School Partnerships Programme

Video Conferences have been held at the British Council Islamabad between Lahore Lyceum and Dunkirk Primary School Nottingham UK. In January 2004, a very important part of the school linkage programme was taken up. For the first time, students from both sides had an opportunity to have a meeting through video conference. The crux of the conference was that as global citizens children can make the difference in the world.
A recently held video conference in British Council Lahore with the collaboration of Tadeeb International provided a useful forum to the students of Lahore Lyceum. Here young writers from Pakistan shared their literary works with students from Bradford UK. The poem titled "A peak in My Life" by the Lyceonian Hassan Khawar was selected to be published in Tadeeb International a literary magazine of International repute.
